Talent Development: Psychological evaluation of candidates for career planning, design of a training system for employees, performance evaluation, and others.
Personnel Studies: Through these studies, employees are sought, selected, and incorporated into the organization, finding the right position for the individual and the ideal person for the position. This is seen as a process of vocational guidance and detection of the individual’s human potential, not only for the current position but also for their possible development within the organization. The starting point is the job profile for the development of the psychological-evaluation procedure corresponding to each position, followed by recruitment, evaluation, a ranked proposal of suitable candidates, decision-making, and finally, the incorporation of the individual into the position and the organization.
Assessment Center: The application of this method is to assess the growth potential of employees, with the goal of determining whether the individual will be capable of filling a specific position [predictive function]. It is used to evaluate personal skills for a particular position, using previously defined criteria resulting from a careful job analysis. Employees selected for AC are generally personnel the company wishes to evaluate for selection (in case of external personnel), promotions or training (internal personnel). A wide variety of performance evaluation techniques are used, both quantitative (psychometric assessment) and qualitative (interviews, questionnaires, and simulation exercises).


Training and Development: The learning and development process for the skills, attitudes, and values necessary for an individual’s effective performance in their position and professional career must be consistent with the objectives and culture of the organization in question. Training outcomes are also expected at the business level, taking into account the impact of the acquired skills on achieving the company’s objectives. Therefore, operational indicators of training effectiveness must be defined to verify its real value, effects, and benefits.
